Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl XL Champion, Pro Bowl and Sports Illustrated Special Teams Player of the Decade (2000’s), All-American at Brown University, graduating with honors and leading the NCAA Div I-AA in receptions as the Ivy League Player of the Year in 1997.

Sean earned 10 credited seasons in the NFL before serving as an Executive Committee member for the NFL Players Association, advocating for player health, safety and welfare. Sean’s first coaching position was head coach of the Princeton Varsity Sprint Football program, coaching with Spark Co-Founder, John Wolfe
